Interested in receiving job leads from Shatun Brothers? We vet every pro — license where required, insurance, background, LA work history, specialty credentials. Application path:
- Send a short introduction to the email above with subject line "Pro application". Include your trade, years working in LA, license number (if applicable), and two past-customer references we can call.
- We send a short intake form and schedule a 15-minute call.
- If there is a fit we verify documentation and activate your profile within a week. We are deliberately small — we would rather match fewer jobs to the right pro than fire every job into a bidding pool.
Press, partnerships, or platform questions
Email with subject line "Press" or "Partnership". We prioritize LA-based outlets and companies whose work overlaps with home services. Case studies and data requests (pricing trends, LA service demand patterns) are welcome.
Complaints or disputes
Had a bad experience with a pro you matched through us? This is exactly the feedback we need. Email with subject line "Dispute" and the job details. We review every complaint, mediate where we can, and pros with a pattern of complaints are removed from the platform — that is the whole reason we vet rather than auction.
